A draft contract with the winner’s prices

The tender winner gets a draft contract with the items and prices from the tender right away. The lawyer only adds the number, date and scan.

Example

The masonry subcontractor submitted a certificate for 240 m UZS. The founder approved 200 m for payment with the reason “held until defects are fixed”.

Once the line was paid, the contract balance went down by itself from 612 to 412 m UZS.

Can I attach scans?

Yes: to the contract, certificates and amendments. They live on the contract card.

Where do I see the total balance for a project?

In the contract list filtered by project, and on the Project finances screen.

Can I see who changed a contract?

Yes. Every change stays in the contract log: who changed what and when.

Can I keep client contracts too?

Yes. They show certificates for your work and incoming money, and contracts with a discrepancy are flagged for reconciliation.
